Glorify Ring Pre-Order Acknowledgments

Esta política se aplica ao Glorify Ring e aos serviços relacionados, salvo quando uma política mais específica indicar o contrário.
Key payment, timing, destination, certification, sizing, cancellation, delay, promotion, and regional-dispute acknowledgments for a paid Glorify Ring pre-order.
Customer Acknowledgments
By placing a paid pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Paid Pre-Order: Glorify Ring is a paid pre-order and your payment method is charged when you place the order.
- Country Timing: The final Glorify Ring is not in stock. Checkout and your order confirmation will state the estimated shipment or supply window for your destination; the current first-release estimate is approximately eight (8) months unless a different window is shown.
- Supported Destinations: Paid pre-orders are currently accepted only for delivery addresses in the United States, Canada excluding the Province of Québec, and Mexico, subject to checkout eligibility and applicable law.
- Certification Conditions: Final sale and shipment depend on applicable certification and import requirements. Canadian paid pre-orders will not be accepted until applicable ISED requirements to offer the Ring for sale are satisfied; Mexican shipment depends on applicable homologation and marking requirements.
- Free Sizing Kit: A Free Sizing Kit, if selected, is only a sizing aid and does not count as shipment of the final Glorify Ring or reduce any mandatory refund right. Free Sizing Kit availability is subject to the Fair Use Policy and reasonable anti-abuse limits.
- Cancellation Refund: You may cancel for a full refund before the final Glorify Ring ships, subject to fraud, chargeback, and payment-risk review only where permitted by law.
- Delay Rights: Glorify will provide delay notices, revised timing when reasonably available, and the choice to continue waiting or cancel where required by law.
- Mexico: At Mexico checkout, material transaction terms and disclosures will be presented in Spanish; the Spanish version controls to the extent required by law. If you purchase in Mexico, you may revoke the transaction within five (5) business days after the later of accepting the agreement or delivery and receive the refund required by Mexican law.
- Promotional Benefits: Free Sizing Kit sharing, referral, store, Membership, or subscription credits, if offered, are promotional only and may be subject to disclosed eligibility, verification, expiration, reversal, and anti-abuse terms.
- Regional Disputes: The dispute resolution clauses vary, please carefully review our Terms of Services before placing order or pre-order.
