  2. Hold your ring and phone nearly parallel for the strongest signal, especially with iPhones.

  3. If your ring is not detected, try:

    • Ensure NFC is turned ON. Usually you find the status in the settings. Here's an example for the iPhone.
    • Remove thick cases or metal cases, especially cases with another NFC
    • Move the ring slowly until the phone vibrates.
