Short answer
Glorify Ring does not currently support Apple Health, Google Fit, or other third-party health app syncing.

- Install the Glorify app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
- Keep Bluetooth enabled and keep the ring close to your phone during setup, sync, and firmware updates.
- Allow the permissions requested by the app, especially Bluetooth or nearby devices and notifications.
