How to find your Ring orders and follow Sizing Kit and Ring delivery updates.

Find your orders
Go to /support/orders, enter the email used in Shopify Checkout, and complete the email verification. After verification, you can see all Glorify Ring orders connected to that email. You do not need to enter an order number first.
Order and delivery updates
The order page shows the current order status, purchase details, delivery address, and available actions. If you selected a Free Sizing Kit, the Sizing Kit and final Ring have separate fulfillment and tracking updates.
A tracking number appears after the carrier receives and scans the package. It may not be available immediately when fulfillment begins.
Expected arrival
Early Bird Glorify Ring orders are expected to arrive before March 1, 2027. Delaying final-size submission after receiving a Sizing Kit may affect the delivery timeline.
Gift orders
Gift orders remain connected to the purchaser’s checkout email. The gift recipient cannot directly view or change the order unless the purchaser contacts support and the requested change can still be made.
If an order is missing
Confirm that you entered the same email used in Shopify Checkout. If the order still does not appear, submit a request through /support/contact and include the checkout email, approximate purchase time, and payment amount. Never send complete card details.
