Prayer reminders depend on the reminder settings in the Glorify app, phone notification permissions, time zone behavior, and the current platform behavior.
Before you begin
- Check the prayer reminder settings in the Glorify app.
- Allow notifications on your phone so reminder alerts can appear.
- Confirm your phone time zone is correct, especially after travel.
What to do
- Open the prayer routine or reminder settings in the Glorify app.
- Review Morning Prayer, Evening Prayer, and any custom prayer moments.
- Set the time, repeat rule, and on/off state for each reminder.
- Allow phone notifications and confirm your phone time zone is correct.
- Test with a near-term reminder if you are troubleshooting delivery.
What to expect
When reminders are configured correctly, they should follow the time and repeat settings shown in the app. iOS and Android reminder behavior can differ based on the current product source documents.
Important notes
- Voice Prayer Journal stores prayer recordings and transcriptions in your private Journal.
- Supported transcription languages in the current source documents are English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Korean.
- Prayer reminders are reminder alarms, not performance tracking; there is no missed-prayer score.
- Prayer recordings and Journal entries can be personal. Review privacy and consent expectations before recording around other people.
When to contact support
Contact support if the steps above do not match what you see or the issue continues after basic checks.
Include:
- Your order email or Glorify account email
- Your order number if the question is order-related
- Your phone model and operating system if the question is app-related
- Your Glorify app version and ring firmware version if visible
- A short description of what happened and what you already tried
