Delete Your Data

What account deletion means for Glorify Ring data.

Short answer

Use the Glorify app and official support channels to manage account data, Journal entries, recordings, and privacy questions.

Before you begin

  • Use the Glorify account connected to the ring and Journal entries you want to manage.
  • Sync the app before deleting data if you need the latest records to appear in the app first.
  • Review what you are deleting because some actions cannot be undone after completion.

What to do

  1. Open the Glorify app using the account that owns the data.
  2. Find the relevant Journal, recording, account, or privacy setting.
  3. Review what will be deleted or changed before confirming.
  4. Let the app sync so the change can be reflected across your account.
  5. Contact support if data still appears after deletion or if you have a consent concern.

What to expect

Privacy actions should be visible and understandable in the app or support flow. If an action deletes content, assume it may not be reversible after completion.

Important notes

  • Journal content is designed to be private to the user unless a user chooses a sharing flow that is explicitly shown in the app.
  • Deleting an account is expected to remove user data associated with that account, including recordings and stored files described in the source documents.
  • Recording privacy and consent depend on where you are and who may be recorded; get permission when needed.

When to contact support

Contact support instead of continuing to troubleshoot if this involves safety, privacy, payment, warranty, or policy eligibility.

Include:

  • Your order email or Glorify account email
  • Your order number if the question is order-related
  • Your phone model and operating system if the question is app-related
  • Your Glorify app version and ring firmware version if visible
  • A short description of what happened and what you already tried

You can reach support at support@glorify.global. Contact support right away if you cannot find the delete option for the data you want to remove, or a recording or Journal entry still appears after deletion and sync, or you have a privacy, consent, or account access concern.
