Step 1: Choose the Free Sizing Kit option when placing your order

During checkout, you may see the option to choose a Free Sizing Kit instead of selecting your final ring size immediately.

If you are not completely sure about your size, we recommend choosing the Free Sizing Kit. This gives you a chance to try different sizes in real life before we prepare your final ring.

Step 2: Receive your Free Sizing Kit first

If you choose the Free Sizing Kit, we will ship the sizing kit before your final Glorify Ring.The sizing kit is designed to help you test the available sizes and find the best fit for your finger. Please wait until you receive and try the kit before confirming your final size.

Shipping is expected to start around the end of this year for North America, and around March next year for South America.

Step 3: Try the sizing rings carefully

Once your sizing kit arrives, try the sizes on the finger where you plan to wear your Glorify Ring.For the best result, we recommend:

• Wearing the sizing ring for an extended period, not just a few minutes

This may be sent by email or provided through an official order confirmation flow. Please follow the instructions carefully and submit the size you want for your final Glorify Ring.

Step 5: We prepare your final ring based on the size you confirm

Once your final size is submitted, we will use that confirmed size to prepare your Glorify Ring for fulfillment.

Please double-check your selection before submitting it. Your final ring will be prepared according to the size you confirm, so it is important to make sure the size feels right before completing this step.

Step 6: Contact support quickly if you made a mistake

If you believe you submitted the wrong size, please contact our support team as soon as possible.Whether we can update the size depends on your order status and whether the final ring has already entered fulfillment. We will do our best to help, but once preparation or shipment has started, changes may not always be possible.
