Update Ring Firmware
How firmware updates work and what to do if an update fails.

Short answer
Firmware updates should be completed with the Glorify app open, the ring close to your phone, and enough ring and phone battery to finish the update.
Before you begin
- Keep the ring charged and close to your phone.
- Turn on Bluetooth and allow the app permission to use Bluetooth or nearby devices.
- Keep the Glorify app open during pairing, sync troubleshooting, or firmware updates.
What to do
- Charge the ring and keep it close to your phone.
- Open the Glorify app and start the firmware update from the app flow.
- Keep the app open in the foreground until the update finishes.
- Do not move the ring far from the phone during the update.
- If the update fails, reopen the app and retry once before contacting support.
What to expect
When connection is working, the app should be able to find the ring, show current status, and complete sync or update steps without repeated manual retries. Temporary delays can happen when Bluetooth reconnects.
Important notes
- The Glorify app supports iOS and Android.
- The app does not currently sync Glorify Ring data to Apple Health, Google Fit, or other third-party health platforms.
- During a firmware update, keep the app open in the foreground and keep the ring near the phone.
- Do not close the app during a firmware update. Keep the ring close to the phone until the update finishes.

Contact support if the steps above do not match what you see or the issue continues after basic checks.
Include:
- Your order email or Glorify account email
- Your order number if the question is order-related
- Your phone model and operating system if the question is app-related
- Your Glorify app version and ring firmware version if visible
- A short description of what happened and what you already tried
You can reach support at support@glorify.global. Contact support right away if you cannot sign in after resetting your password, or pairing still fails after restarting Bluetooth and reopening the app, or a firmware update remains stuck or fails more than once.
