How low-battery reminders help you keep Glorify Ring ready.

Short answer

Prayer reminders depend on the reminder settings in the Glorify app, phone notification permissions, time zone behavior, and the current platform behavior.

Before you begin

  • Use the Glorify charging case and a suitable USB-C power source.
  • Make sure the ring and charging contacts are dry and free of dust or skin oil.
  • Open the Glorify app after charging if you want the latest battery status to sync.

What to do

  1. Open the prayer routine or reminder settings in the Glorify app.
  2. Review Morning Prayer, Evening Prayer, and any custom prayer moments.
  3. Set the time, repeat rule, and on/off state for each reminder.
  4. Allow phone notifications and confirm your phone time zone is correct.
  5. Test with a near-term reminder if you are troubleshooting delivery.

What to expect

After the ring is seated correctly and the case has power, the charging state or battery level may need a short time to refresh in the app. Battery estimates are normal-use estimates, not a guarantee for every recording, reminder, or connection pattern.

Important notes

  • Qi wireless charging is not supported.
  • The charging case charges through USB-C.
  • Battery life can vary with recording, vibration reminders, Bluetooth behavior, firmware, and signal collection.
  • Stop charging and contact support if the ring or case becomes unusually hot or visibly damaged.

Contact support if the steps above do not match what you see or the issue continues after basic checks.

Include:

  • Your order email or Glorify account email
  • Your order number if the question is order-related
  • Your phone model and operating system if the question is app-related
  • Your Glorify app version and ring firmware version if visible
  • A short description of what happened and what you already tried

Contact support right away if the ring or case becomes unusually hot, or the case light stays red after reseating the ring and trying another USB-C power source, or battery status does not update in the app after the ring has been connected and synced.
