Before you begin

  • Use the Glorify charging case and a suitable USB-C power source.
  • Make sure the ring and charging contacts are dry and free of dust or skin oil.
  • Open the Glorify app after charging if you want the latest battery status to sync.

What to do

  1. Charge the ring fully and open the Glorify app after charging.
  2. Keep the ring near the phone so the latest battery status can sync.
  3. Review recent usage, especially recording, vibration reminders, Bluetooth reconnects, and firmware activity.
  4. If the battery indicator looks stale, wait for sync to complete before assuming the reading is wrong.
  5. Contact support if the battery drains unusually fast after a full charge and normal use.

What to expect

After the ring is seated correctly and the case has power, the charging state or battery level may need a short time to refresh in the app. Battery estimates are normal-use estimates, not a guarantee for every recording, reminder, or connection pattern.

Important notes

  • Qi wireless charging is not supported.
  • The charging case charges through USB-C.
  • Battery life can vary with recording, vibration reminders, Bluetooth behavior, firmware, and signal collection.
  • Stop charging and contact support if the ring or case becomes unusually hot or visibly damaged.
