Order Confirmation Email Missing

What to check if the confirmation for your Shopify Ring order has not arrived.

Check the email used at checkout

Shopify sends the order confirmation to the email entered during checkout. Check your inbox, spam or junk folder, and promotions folder. Also consider whether you may have used a different email address.

Confirm the order before buying again

Do not immediately place a duplicate order because the email has not arrived. Go to /support/orders, enter the checkout email, and complete email verification. If the order appears there, it was received successfully.

Contact support

If the order does not appear, submit a request at /support/contact. Include the checkout email, approximate purchase time, and payment amount. Do not send your complete card number, security code, or password.
