When your order is confirmed, your Glorify Ring is reserved in the preorder queue. Your order page is the best place to see the details tied to your purchase, including its current status and the latest expected shipment information.

If you chose a Free Sizing Kit, your Ring size will remain pending until you submit the size that fits you best. That confirmation helps us prepare the final Ring for fulfillment.

Choose the Free Sizing Kit if you are not ready to select a final Ring size at checkout. It is designed to help you try the available Ring sizes at home before your final Ring is prepared.

The Sizing Kit is free and does not need to be returned. It has its own fulfillment status and tracking, separate from your final Ring. We do not publish a fixed Sizing Kit delivery date, so check your order page for the latest status connected to your purchase.

Once you have found the best fit, return to Ring orders and enter the order number and checkout email used for your purchase. Open the relevant order, choose the size that felt best, and save it for fulfillment.
