Cookie Policy
Política legal
Esta política se aplica a Glorify Ring y a los servicios relacionados, salvo que una política más específica indique lo contrario.
How Glorify uses cookies and similar technologies across glorify.global, Shopify Checkout, Stripe payment flows, and the Glorify app.
1. Overview
This Cookie Policy explains how Glorify (TUPOE Ltd and its affiliates, "Glorify," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (glorify.global), in the Glorify app, and at our Shopify checkout. This Policy is part of and supplements the Glorify Privacy Policy. Terms used but not defined here have the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.
Glorify operates three distinct technology environments, each with different cookie practices:
This Policy describes cookies by environment so you can understand what is set where, why, and how to control it.
- the marketing website hosted on Vercel;
- the Shopify checkout for Ring hardware purchases, and
- the Stripe payment flow for Membership subscriptions.
2. What are cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Glorify also uses similar technologies including pixels, SDKs (software development kits), local storage, mobile advertising identifiers, and server-side tracking tags. For simplicity, this Policy refers to all of these as "cookies" unless stated otherwise.
Cookies generally fall into the following categories:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the website or checkout to function. Without them, you cannot complete a purchase, log in, or access secure areas. These cannot be disabled.
- Preference cookies: Remember your choices (language, region, settings) so we can personalize your experience.
- Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve performance and design.
- Marketing cookies: Used to deliver relevant advertising and measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
- Payment and security cookies: Set by payment processors (Stripe, Shopify) to enable transactions, prevent fraud, and secure checkout sessions. These are strictly necessary for the payment flow.
3. Cookies by environment
Because Glorify uses different platforms for different functions, the cookies you encounter depend on which part of the Glorify experience you are using. The three environments are described below.
3.1 Marketing website (glorify.global) — hosted on Vercel
The Glorify marketing website is hosted on Vercel and built with Next.js. The Vercel hosting platform itself does not set business or tracking cookies. The cookies on the marketing website come from third-party marketing and analytics tools that Glorify has integrated.
Cookies set on the marketing website include but not limited to:
Note: The marketing website does not set any Glorify first-party business cookies. Vercel, as the hosting platform, may set minimal technical cookies for edge routing and performance, but does not set tracking or advertising cookies. All tracking cookies on the marketing website come from the third-party tools listed above.

3.2 Shopify checkout (Ring hardware purchases)
When you proceed to checkout to purchase a Glorify Ring, you are redirected to Shopify Checkout. Shopify sets its own cookies to manage the checkout session, shopping cart, order processing, payment security, and fraud prevention. These cookies are controlled by Shopify, not Glorify, and are strictly necessary for completing your purchase.
Cookies set by Shopify during checkout include but not limited to:
Shopify checkout cookies are set on the Shopify checkout domain (e.g., checkout.glorify.global or checkout.shopify.com). Glorify does not control which cookies Shopify sets during checkout. For more information about Shopify cookies, see Shopify's privacy policy and cookie policy at www.shopify.com/legal/cookies.

3.3 Stripe payment (Membership subscriptions and checkout payment processing)
Payment processing for both Ring hardware purchases (via Shopify) and Membership subscriptions (via RevenueCat) is handled by Stripe. Stripe may set cookies and use device fingerprinting for payment security, fraud prevention, and risk assessment. Membership subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, which connects to Stripe for payment processing.
Cookies and technologies set by Stripe:
Stripe and RevenueCat cookies are strictly necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention. They cannot be disabled if you wish to complete a purchase or maintain a Membership subscription. For more information, see Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy and RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

4. App and mobile device identifiers
The Glorify mobile app does not use browser cookies. However, the app may use mobile advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID), SDK-based tracking, device fingerprints, and local storage to provide analytics, personalization, and subscription management. These are governed by the Privacy Policy and your device permission settings.
App-based tracking technologies include:
You can control mobile advertising identifiers through your device settings (iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking; Android Settings > Google > Ads).
- PostHog SDK: Product analytics, feature usage, error tracking. May use device identifiers and anonymous event data.
- RevenueCat SDK: Subscription management, receipt validation, entitlement tracking. Processes subscription status and device identifiers.
- Intercom SDK: In-app customer support chat. May use device identifiers and user attributes for support conversations.
- Google Analytics for Firebase (if used): App usage analytics, crash reporting, audience measurement.
5. Your cookie choices
You have several ways to manage cookies and similar technologies:
- Cookie consent banner. When you first visit glorify.global, a Cookiebot consent banner will appear. You may accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences by category. Your choices are stored for 12 months, after which you will be asked again.
- Browser settings. You can configure your browser to accept, block, or delete cookies. Each browser is different, so consult your browser's help menu. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from completing a purchase.
- Opt-out preference signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) for the browser or device that sends the signal.
- Third-party opt-out. For Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Pixel, you can also opt out directly through the provider's tools: Google Ads Settings (ads.google.com), Facebook Ad Preferences (facebook.com/dyi), and Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Device settings. For app-based identifiers, use your device privacy settings to reset or disable advertising identifiers.
- Checkout and payment cookies. Cookies set by Shopify and Stripe during checkout are strictly necessary for processing your order and cannot be disabled if you wish to complete a purchase. They are automatically deleted when the checkout session ends, unless needed for fraud prevention or order records.
6. Do Not Track signals
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no universally agreed standard for how to interpret DNT signals, Glorify does not currently respond to DNT signals on the marketing website. However, where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in Section 5. Stripe and Shopify may handle DNT signals according to their own policies.
7. Cross-border cookie processing
Cookies set by third-party providers (Google, Facebook/Meta, Stripe, Shopify, Vercel, RevenueCat, Intercom, PostHog) may transfer data to servers located in the United States or other countries. If you are in Canada or Mexico, your data may be processed in the United States. See the Privacy Policy Section 17 (International Transfers) for more information about cross-border data transfers and applicable safeguards.
8. Updates to this Cookie Policy
Glorify may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our business practices. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the website or app. The updated Policy will apply after the effective date stated in the notice.
