These Terms are a legal agreement between you and TUPOE Ltd (UK) governing your use of the Glorify website, app, Glorify Ring hardware, Membership, Voice Prayer Journal, and all related services. They set out your rights and responsibilities, including eligibility, acceptable use, intellectual property, health and wellness disclaimers, and dispute resolution through binding arbitration.

Important notice for U.S. users: Section 22 contains a binding individual arbitration agreement and class action waiver. It affects your rights, including your right to bring claims in court, have a jury trial, or participate in a class or representative action. You may opt out within 30 days as described in Section 22.

This Privacy Policy explains how TUPOE Ltd and its affiliates collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect your personal information when you use Glorify services, including account data, order and payment details, Ring sensor signals (sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, movement), Voice Prayer Journal content, and app usage. It applies to users in the United States, Canada (excluding Québec), and Mexico. We do not sell prayer content or wellness data, we do not use sensitive information to target third-party ads, and we describe how you can access, correct, delete, or export your data.

This Cookie Policy describes how Glorify uses cookies and similar technologies across our three technology environments: the marketing website hosted on Vercel, the Shopify checkout for Ring purchases, and the Stripe payment flow for Membership subscriptions. It lists each cookie by category — strictly necessary, preference, analytics, marketing, and payment/security — along with the provider, purpose, and duration. It also explains how to manage cookie preferences via our consent banner, browser settings, or device controls.

Important Notice: This Glorify Ring Pre-Order Agreement (this "Agreement") applies when you place a paid pre-order for a Glorify Ring or related accessory through a Glorify website, Glorify checkout, or another authorized Glorify sales channel for delivery in the United States, Canada excluding the Province of Québec, or Mexico. By placing a pre-order, clicking an acknowledgement box, or otherwise completing checkout, you agree to this Agreement and the country-specific disclosures presented to you.

These Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") govern the purchase of Glorify Ring hardware, accessories, and related commerce transactions through Glorify checkout. They supplement the Glorify Ring Terms of Service ("TOS"), which governs your use of the Services generally.

This policy takes effect when you receive your final Glorify Ring. During the pre-order period, cancellation rights are governed by the Pre-Order Agreement.
