Glorify Ring Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

The return window, authorization process, fees, conditions, exchanges, shipping, refunds, damaged items, gifts, and statutory rights for Glorify Ring.

Overview

This policy takes effect when you receive your final Glorify Ring. During the pre-order period, cancellation rights are governed by the Pre-Order Agreement.

1. 14-day Return Window

You may return your fully functional and undamaged Glorify Ring for any reason within 14 days of receiving your final ring. The 14-day return window begins when your final Glorify Ring is delivered. It does not begin when you place your pre-order or when a Free Sizing Kit is delivered.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact Glorify Support at support@glorify.global using your order email and order number before sending anything back. Do not send a ring or accessory back without return authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, lost, or ineligible for refund processing.

After a return or exchange is approved, you must ship the approved items back within the return authorization window Glorify provides.

3. Return Condition

Returns must include the Glorify Ring, charging case, USB-C charging cable, and any other accessories included in the package or gift (if any). Original packaging is required, so please keep the original packaging unless you have decided not to return the ring.

Returned items may be inspected for damage, missing accessories, contamination, excessive wear, serial-number mismatch, or signs of misuse. If a return is missing items, damaged beyond normal inspection, or not the same item Glorify shipped, Glorify may reject the return, reduce the refund where permitted by law, or ask for additional information.

4. Exchanges

Each final Glorify Ring is eligible for one return or one exchange within the 14-day return window. A direct exchange is only available for a different size of the same finish. If you want a different finish, product version, or model, you must return the original ring for a refund within the return window and place a new order.

Exchanged products may be subject to delayed delivery. Because exchange units are fulfilled from available inventory or production batches, the replacement ring may ship later than the original delivery estimate. Glorify will provide an estimated shipment timeframe when your exchange is approved, but this estimate is not guaranteed.

5. Return Shipping and Risk of Loss

For preference returns or size exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping unless Glorify states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. For confirmed damaged-on-arrival, wrong-item, or defective-on-arrival cases, Glorify will provide the remedy and shipping instructions at no additional cost to you where required.

You are responsible for protecting the return package until it is received by the carrier or return location specified in Glorify's return instructions.

6. Refunds

For preference returns, the product price is refundable to the original payment method. Original shipping, handling, taxes, duties, customs fees, and import charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, Glorify will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your Glorify Ring arrives damaged, defective on arrival, or you receive the wrong item, contact Glorify Support at support@glorify.global within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible. Quality-related returns are not subject to the 14-day window. Glorify will help with a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you where the issue is confirmed.

Product issues discovered later may be handled under the Limited Hardware Warranty or applicable consumer law.

8. Membership After A Return

Glorify Membership is a digital service that is activated and available for immediate use upon delivery of your Glorify Ring. Because Membership is a digital product that you can access and use from the moment it is activated, it is not subject to the 14-day return or cooling-off period for preference returns, but you have the right not to activate it after subscribing.

Glorify Ring hardware purchases are processed through Shopify Checkout, while Glorify Membership subscriptions are billed through RevenueCat and Stripe or through your app store. These are separate billing systems. Returning your Ring through Shopify does not automatically cancel your Membership subscription, and cancelling your Membership does not affect your Ring hardware purchase.

Returning your Glorify Ring does not automatically cancel any active paid Glorify Membership subscription. However, if we notice that you return your Glorify Ring, Glorify will automatically stop paid Membership billing at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to paid Membership features until the end of the current paid period, after which no further charges will occur. If your Ring purchase included a promotional three-month Premium benefit or similar Membership credit, returning your Ring will end that promotional benefit at the end of the current monthly benefit period; unused future promotional months or credits will not continue after that monthly period and have no cash value.

If you prefer to cancel Membership immediately rather than waiting for the end of the billing cycle, you may do so through the cancellation method shown in your app, account, app store, or Membership settings. Immediate cancellation will stop future charges but will not result in a prorated refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

9. Gift Orders

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you received Glorify Ring as a gift, Glorify Support may need the purchaser's order email, order number, or other verification before processing a return or exchange.

10. Product Information and Specifications

Product information, specifications, feature descriptions, images, renderings, app screens, timelines, and technical parameters displayed on the Glorify website, app, marketing materials, or packaging are provided for reference only. Glorify reserves the right to modify the final product configuration, including but not limited to improving, changing, or reducing certain features, functions, materials, or technical specifications, due to manufacturing, certification, supply chain, regulatory, or product development considerations.

Such modifications do not by themselves constitute a defect or grounds for return under this policy. However, if a material change to the product you ordered occurs before your final ring ships, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund under the Pre-Order Agreement. After delivery, if a feature or specification described at the time of your order has been materially reduced or removed, you may contact Glorify Support to discuss available remedies.

11. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If mandatory consumer laws in your shipping country provide stronger rights than this policy, those rights will apply.
