Glorify Ring Terms of Sale

Esta política se aplica a Glorify Ring y a los servicios relacionados, salvo que una política más específica indique lo contrario.
Terms governing Glorify Ring checkout, order acceptance, pricing, payment, supported countries, shipping, promotions, returns, and warranty references.
1. Scope and Relationship to Other Terms
These Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") govern the purchase of Glorify Ring hardware, accessories, and related commerce transactions through Glorify checkout. They supplement the Glorify Ring Terms of Service ("TOS"), which governs your use of the Services generally.
These Terms of Sale work together with the TOS, the Pre-Order Agreement, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, Shipping, Taxes, Duties & Supported Countries Policy, Membership Terms, and any checkout or in-product disclosures. If these Terms of Sale conflict with the TOS on a purchase, payment, refund, shipping, tax, or commerce issue, these Terms of Sale control for that issue unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Pre-order-specific matters (payment timing, cancellation before shipment, Free Sizing Kit, delivery timing) are governed by the Pre-Order Agreement.
2. Checkout and Order Source of Truth
Glorify uses Shopify Checkout to collect shipping address, calculate applicable taxes and duties, process payment, and create order records. Information shown on product pages or marketing materials may be estimated. The final amount, taxes, duties, shipping eligibility, and order details are confirmed in Shopify Checkout before you place your order.
If there is a difference between information shown on a product page and information confirmed in Shopify Checkout, the Shopify Checkout information controls, unless required otherwise by law.
Glorify Ring hardware purchases are processed through Shopify Checkout. Glorify Membership subscriptions are billed separately through RevenueCat and Stripe via the Glorify app, or through the Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase system. These are separate billing systems: hardware orders and Membership subscriptions are independent transactions.
3. Order Acceptance and Rejection
An order confirmation means that Glorify has received your order request. It does not mean that shipment has occurred or that the order has entered final fulfillment.
Glorify may accept, reject, cancel, limit, or hold an order before shipment if the order cannot be fulfilled, appears fraudulent or abusive, uses an invalid promotion, appears intended for resale or circumvention, fails verification, involves payment or chargeback risk, ships to an unsupported or restricted destination, contains a pricing or product-information error, or is affected by legal, regulatory, certification, customs, payment, or logistics restrictions.
If Glorify cancels an order before shipment, Glorify will refund the amount paid to the original payment method within 10 business days, unless a fraud, chargeback, or payment-risk investigation prevents immediate processing.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Duties
Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, and similar government charges are calculated or displayed during checkout where available.
In some countries, customs or local authorities may assess charges outside Glorify's direct control. Unless checkout clearly states that such charges are included, you may be responsible for them. If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned because duties or taxes are not completed, refund timing and amounts may depend on the carrier, customs authority, and return condition.
If a price, discount, promotion, availability status, or product detail is incorrect because of a technical, typographical, checkout, or system error, Glorify may correct the error, cancel the affected order before shipment, or contact you for instructions. If Glorify cancels an order because of an error, Glorify will refund the amount paid.
5. Payment Methods and Authorization
Glorify Ring hardware purchases are processed through Shopify Checkout, which may support credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, PayPal, and other methods available in your region. Payment card details are collected and processed by payment processors such as Stripe and Shopify Payments; Glorify does not store full card numbers.
Membership subscriptions are billed through RevenueCat, which processes subscription payments via Stripe or through your app store's in-app purchase system (Apple App Store or Google Play). If Membership is billed through an app store, cancellation and refund requests must follow that app store's process.
For paid pre-orders, your payment method is charged at the time you place your order, not at shipment. By placing an order, you authorize Glorify and its payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
Glorify may use fraud-prevention and payment-risk tools to review orders. If an order fails verification, Glorify may hold, cancel, or request additional information before processing.
6. Supported Countries
Glorify Ring is currently available for shipment to the following countries:
Product availability, pricing, taxes, duties, and fulfillment options may vary by shipping country. If your shipping country is not supported, you may join the waitlist. Glorify may refuse or cancel orders where shipment, payment, import, export, sanctions, or legal restrictions prevent fulfillment.

- Canada (excluding Québec)
- Mexico
7. Shipping and Fulfillment
Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. For pre-orders, estimated delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed dates. See the Pre-Order Agreement for delay notices and cancellation rights before final shipment.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If your shipping address is wrong, incomplete, unsupported, or changed after checkout, fulfillment may be delayed, canceled, or require a new order. Once an order enters final processing or shipment, address changes may no longer be possible.
Glorify does not ship to APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or sanctioned destinations. Some carrier, export, import, or local regulatory restrictions may prevent shipment even if a country is otherwise supported.
8. Pre-order Specific Terms
Glorify Ring is offered as a paid pre-order. Pre-order payment timing, cancellation rights, Free Sizing Kit treatment, size confirmation, delivery estimates, and delay communications are governed by the Pre-Order Agreement and checkout disclosures.
Product specifications, features, materials, and design may be refined between the pre-order date and final shipment as part of the manufacturing and certification process. Glorify will notify you of any material changes to the product you ordered. If material changes occur before final ring shipment, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund under the Pre-Order Agreement.
If Glorify is unable to fulfill your pre-order due to insolvency, force majeure, manufacturing failure, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, Glorify will refund the amount paid to the original payment method within 10 business days of determining that fulfillment cannot proceed, subject to applicable insolvency law and any court-supervised process.
9. Personal Use and Anti-Resale
Glorify Ring first-release offers are intended for personal use, not resale. Glorify may limit purchase quantities, reject orders, cancel orders, or revoke promotional pricing if Glorify believes an order is fraudulent, abusive, intended for resale, violates applicable promotion terms, or violates these Terms of Sale.
You may not resell, broker, publicly share, transfer, or commercially abuse private Pioneer links, early access offers, promotions, Membership credentials, or account access.
10. Promotions and Regional Pricing
Discounts, early-bird pricing, Pioneer pricing, regional pricing, credits, and promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility rules. Unless Glorify says otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, applied retroactively, or used after expiration.
Final product availability and eligible pricing may depend on the shipping country selected in Shopify Checkout. If you change the shipping country, the final price and available options may change.
11. Product Information and Feature Availability
Glorify may update product descriptions, app features, supported countries, Membership features, firmware behavior, and support materials over time. Images, renderings, app screens, timelines, and feature descriptions may be illustrative. The final product, app experience, and regional feature availability may differ where required by manufacturing, certification, logistics, software, or legal constraints.
12. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
After your final Glorify Ring is delivered, returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. Hardware warranty coverage is governed by the Limited Hardware Warranty, which will be published before final ring shipment.
Statutory consumer rights by jurisdiction:
- United States: Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness under UCC Section 2-314 and applicable state consumer protection laws cannot be waived. State warranty and return rights vary.
- Canada: Provincial consumer protection laws provide statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
- Mexico: The Ley Federal de Proteccion al Consumidor (PROFECO) provides consumers the right to cancel a purchase within at least 5 business days of receipt and to receive a full refund. These rights cannot be waived.
13. Force Majeure
Glorify is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, component shortages, manufacturing failures, customs or regulatory delays, transportation disruptions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions. If a force majeure event materially delays or prevents fulfillment of your pre-order, Glorify will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund under the Pre-Order Agreement.
14. General Provisions
Glorify may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights, Glorify will provide notice through the website, app, email, or checkout. Updated Terms apply after the effective date stated in the notice.
If any part of these Terms of Sale is found unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Glorify's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires a different rule. For disputes not subject to arbitration under the TOS Section 22, the courts located in California will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law permits you to bring a claim in another court. If you are in Canada (excluding Québec) or Mexico, your local mandatory consumer protection laws apply and may provide additional rights and remedies. These Terms of Sale do not apply to residents of Québec, Canada. Glorify does not offer Glorify Ring for sale to customers located in Québec, and the laws of Québec are excluded from the governing law and dispute-resolution provisions above.
