Glorify Ring Pre-Order Agreement

Overview
Important Notice: This Glorify Ring Pre-Order Agreement (this "Agreement") applies when you place a paid pre-order for a Glorify Ring or related accessory through a Glorify website, Glorify checkout, or another authorized Glorify sales channel for delivery in the United States, Canada excluding the Province of Québec, or Mexico. By placing a pre-order, clicking an acknowledgement box, or otherwise completing checkout, you agree to this Agreement and the country-specific disclosures presented to you.
1. Agreement and Scope
This Agreement is between you and TUPOE Ltd ("Glorify," "we," "us," or "our"). It governs the paid pre-order of the Glorify Ring hardware and any related pre-order accessory or sizing item made available through the same checkout flow.
This Agreement does not by itself govern Glorify Membership, recurring billing, app account use, voice or prayer journal features, health or wellness features, privacy practices, product warranty, or post-delivery returns, except where this Agreement expressly refers to those topics.
2. Incorporated Terms and Order of Control
Your pre-order is also subject to the following documents and disclosures, each as presented at checkout or linked from the Glorify legal hub:
If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service on a pre-order, payment, shipment timing, cancellation, refund, Free Sizing Kit, certification, or supported-country issue, this Agreement controls for that issue unless the checkout page states a more specific term or mandatory law requires a different result.
The checkout order summary and authorized order confirmation are the primary transaction records for the product version, quantity, price, discounts, taxes, shipping address, shipping method, and payment method for your order, except where mandatory consumer law or a more specific written disclosure presented to you at checkout provides otherwise.

3. Pre-Order Nature, Payment, and Order Acceptance
Glorify Ring is offered as a paid pre-order. Your payment method is charged when you place your pre-order.
A paid pre-order is not an in-stock purchase. The final Glorify Ring will ship later after the fulfillment steps that apply to your order.
Order confirmation means Glorify has received your order request. IT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE FINAL RING IS IN STOCK, THAT IT HAS ALREADY ENTERED PRODUCTION, OR THAT SHIPMENT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY A CARRIER.
Glorify may accept, reject, cancel, limit, or hold a pre-order before shipment if the order cannot be fulfilled, appears fraudulent or abusive, uses an invalid promotion, ships to an unsupported country, contains an error, fails verification, or is affected by legal, regulatory, certification, customs, payment, or logistics restrictions.
If Glorify cancels your pre-order before final ring shipment because it cannot be fulfilled, Glorify will refund the amount paid to the original payment method, subject to fraud, chargeback, or payment-risk review where permitted by applicable law.
If you believe your pre-order was rejected, canceled, limited, or held in error, you may email Glorify Support at support@glorify.global with your order number, account email, and a brief explanation. Glorify will review the request and relevant information and may reinstate, release, modify, or continue the action where appropriate and lawful. This review does not limit any mandatory refund, chargeback, complaint, or consumer right.
4. Estimated Shipment Timing and Delivery Waves
Glorify Ring is part of a limited first release and may be made, allocated, certified, imported, or fulfilled in phases.
Checkout and your order confirmation will identify the estimated shipment or supply window for your destination. Unless they state a different window, the current first-release estimate is approximately eight (8) months after the pre-order date. The estimate is subject to timely size confirmation and lawful production, certification, import, customs, carrier, and payment-verification requirements.
An estimated shipment or supply window is not a guaranteed delivery date unless checkout or a written order update expressly states that it is guaranteed. It is nevertheless a material order term, and Glorify will not change it without the notice, consent, cancellation, and refund process required by applicable law.
Glorify will maintain a reasonable basis for each original or revised estimate and will retain the country-specific checkout and order-confirmation record. If no legally sufficient period is stated, any default statutory timing and cancellation rule remains available.
YOU SHOULD NOT PLACE A PRE-ORDER IF YOU NEED THE FINAL GLORIFY RING BY A FIXED DATE AND NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE IS STATED IN CHECKOUT OR IN A WRITTEN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
5. Delay Notices and Your Choice
If Glorify becomes aware that your final Glorify Ring cannot ship within the applicable shipment estimate, Glorify will send a delay notice to the email address used at checkout or another verified account channel.
The delay notice will state the revised shipment date if Glorify has a reasonable basis to provide one. If Glorify cannot provide a definite revised shipment date, the notice will say so and explain the reason for the delay.
The delay notice will provide the revised timing when reasonably available and will give you any right required by applicable law to consent to continued waiting, cancel, or receive a full and prompt refund. Canadian provincial late-delivery rights and the agreed Mexican delivery terms are not reduced by this Section.
For a longer delay, an indefinite delay, or a second or later delay, Glorify may request your express consent to continue waiting. If applicable law requires express consent and Glorify does not receive it, Glorify may cancel your order and refund the amount paid.
Glorify may decide to cancel an order it cannot fulfill within the applicable timing. If Glorify does so before final ring shipment, Glorify will notify you and provide a prompt refund as required by applicable law.
6. Cancellation Before Final Ring Shipment and Refunds
You may cancel your paid pre-order for a full refund any time before your final Glorify Ring ships.
If you cancel before final ring shipment, Glorify will process your refund to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after confirming the cancellation request, or sooner where required by applicable law.
Glorify will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund for a pre-shipment cancellation unless you voluntarily choose store credit and applicable law permits that choice.
If a refund cannot be made to the original payment method, Glorify may use another lawful refund method that is at least as fast and reliable as required by applicable law.
Fraud, chargeback, payment-risk, sanctions, account-security, or identity-verification review may affect immediate refund processing where permitted by applicable law. This does not limit mandatory refund rights for bona fide customers.
7. Free Sizing Kit and Separate Fulfillment Step
If you selected a Free Sizing Kit, the kit is provided only as a sizing aid for bona fide pre-order customers.
Shipment or delivery of a Free Sizing Kit does not count as shipment of your final Glorify Ring and does not start the return window for the final ring.
You may still cancel your paid pre-order before the final Glorify Ring ships, even if you have already received a Free Sizing Kit.
Unless Glorify states otherwise in a specific return instruction or fraud-review notice, a bona fide customer does not need to return the Free Sizing Kit merely because the customer cancels before final ring shipment.
For a bona fide customer, shipment, retention, or sharing of a Free Sizing Kit will not reduce a pre-shipment refund or any other mandatory refund.
8. Free Sizing Kit Fair Use Policy
Free Sizing Kit Availability
Free Sizing Kit availability is limited to one (1) kit per customer, household, shipping address, payment method, account, device, or other reasonable anti-abuse identifier, unless Glorify expressly approves another kit.
Glorify may review a Free Sizing Kit request before shipment. Review may include order, account, address, device, payment, chargeback, fraud, reshipping, promotion, and prior-order signals, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Glorify may pause, decline, cancel, or require verification for Free Sizing Kit shipments or related pre-orders where Glorify reasonably detects duplicate requests, account cycling, repeated or substantially similar addresses, reshipping or mail-drop services used to evade limits, invalid promotions, payment fraud, chargeback risk, commercial sampling, resale, or a pattern indicating no bona fide intent to complete a purchase.
For confirmed abuse or fraud, and where permitted by applicable law, Glorify may cancel duplicate or abusive requests, refuse additional Free Sizing Kits, suspend or restrict related accounts, require return of unused kits, recover reasonable kit and shipping costs, or offset such costs against amounts otherwise payable only where lawful.
This Fair Use Policy does not remove a bona fide customer's right to cancel a paid pre-order before final ring shipment for a full refund where required by this Agreement or applicable law.
Free Sizing Kit Sharing and Promotional Credit
Glorify may allow bona fide pre-order customers to share a Free Sizing Kit with friends or family members for personal sizing purposes. Sharing a Free Sizing Kit does not permit resale, commercial sampling, bulk distribution, account cycling, self-referrals, or any attempt to obtain additional kits, credits, discounts, or promotional benefits through fraudulent or abusive activity.
From time to time, Glorify may offer promotional credits, store credits, membership credits, subscription allowances, referral rewards, or similar benefits when an eligible friend or family member uses a shared sizing kit, referral code, or authorized referral link and completes qualifying actions specified by Glorify. Such benefits are promotional only, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be subject to limits, expiration dates, verification, fraud review, cancellation, refund, chargeback, and other conditions stated in the applicable Referral and Promotional Credit Terms or promotional offer.
If a referred customer cancels, receives a refund, initiates a chargeback, fails verification, or is associated with fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or other ineligible activity, Glorify may decline, reverse, suspend, offset, or recover any related promotional credit or benefit, where permitted by applicable law.
If you publicly recommend, review, endorse, or promote Glorify, the Glorify Ring, a Free Sizing Kit, or a referral offer, and you may receive any credit, allowance, discount, reward, or other benefit, you must clearly disclose that connection in a manner that is truthful, clear, and not misleading. You may not make false, unsupported, exaggerated, or unauthorized claims about Glorify products or services.
9. Size Confirmation and Final Ring Release
If you choose the Free Sizing Kit or another size-confirmation process, your final Glorify Ring will not be released for final fulfillment until you confirm your final ring size through the method Glorify provides.
If you do not confirm your size after receiving the Free Sizing Kit, final ring fulfillment will remain paused. Glorify may send reminders to help you complete size confirmation.
After you confirm your final ring size, you may contact Glorify Support within three (3) days to request a size change. After that period, your confirmed size may enter production or final processing and may no longer be changed before shipment.
A delay caused by failure to confirm size does not remove your right to cancel before final ring shipment.
10. Address, Country, and Supported Fulfillment
Paid pre-orders are currently accepted only for delivery addresses in the United States, Canada excluding the Province of Québec, and Mexico. Delivery through a freight forwarder or reshipper does not convert an excluded or unsupported destination into a supported destination.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete checkout, shipping, contact, and size-confirmation information.
If you need to change your shipping address before final ring shipment, contact Glorify Support as soon as possible. Address changes may not be available after the order enters final processing or shipment.
Changing the shipping country can change currency, total price, taxes, duties, importer-of-record treatment, certification, product configuration, carrier availability, warranty support, return options, language, and consumer rights. A country change requires Glorify approval and may require cancellation and a new order through the destination-specific checkout.
Glorify may refuse, hold, or cancel orders shipped to unsupported countries, high-risk reshipping addresses, mail drops, freight forwarders, sanctioned destinations, restricted parties, or destinations where legal, regulatory, import, certification, safety, carrier, or support restrictions prevent lawful or practical fulfillment.
11. Regulatory, Certification, and Fulfillment Conditions
Glorify Ring may include wireless, Bluetooth, battery, charging, sensor, firmware, and other regulated components. Final sale, import, shipment, labeling, packaging, app availability, and regional feature availability may depend on applicable regulatory, certification, safety, environmental, telecom, radiofrequency, Bluetooth, customs, and product-compliance requirements.
Glorify may accept a paid pre-order while a country-specific certification or approval is pending only when doing so is lawful and the pending status is clearly disclosed before payment. No pending-status disclosure is a promise that approval will be granted.
For the United States, any FCC, battery-transport, product-safety, or Bluetooth qualification statement will identify whether it is obtained, pending, or only a design objective. For Canada, Glorify will not accept a paid pre-order or otherwise offer the Ring for sale until the applicable ISED technical acceptance certificate and Radio Equipment List requirements are satisfied. Canadian packaging and labeling will present mandatory information in English and French where federal law requires, notwithstanding that Québec is not a supported sales destination.
For Mexico, Glorify will not import or ship the final Ring until applicable telecommunications homologation, product-safety, Spanish-language labeling, and marking requirements administered by the competent Mexican authorities are satisfied, including any continuing IFT certificate-number or seal requirements. The checkout will not state or imply that a Mexican approval has been obtained unless Glorify has documentary support.
Glorify will not ship a final ring to a destination where required pre-shipment certification, import, labeling, product-safety, customs, or carrier requirements have not been satisfied. If a required approval is delayed or denied, Glorify will issue the notice, cancellation option, and refund required by this Agreement and applicable law.
If certification, regulatory, customs, carrier, or supported-country issues materially affect expected shipment timing, Glorify will provide a delay notice or cancellation/refund option where required by applicable law. If Glorify cannot lawfully fulfill your order, Glorify may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
12. Product Information, Features, Membership, and App Dependencies
Images, renderings, prototypes, app screens, timelines, and feature descriptions may be illustrative and may not show the final product, packaging, software, app experience, regional availability, or all limitations.
The final product, app experience, firmware, charging accessories, sizing process, membership features, supported mobile platforms, and regional features may differ where required by manufacturing, certification, logistics, software, app-store, privacy, safety, or legal constraints.
Unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise, the hardware pre-order is separate from any paid Glorify Membership. Any included membership period begins only as stated in the applicable Membership Terms or checkout disclosure and does not begin merely because you placed a pre-order or received a Free Sizing Kit.
Recurring membership billing requires separate disclosure and consent before recurring charges begin, where required by applicable law.
Promotional membership credits or subscription allowances, if offered, are promotional benefits only. Such benefits do not have cash value, do not replace any required recurring billing disclosure or consent, and do not limit your cancellation rights under the applicable Membership Terms or mandatory law.
13. Taxes, Duties, Shipping Costs, and Import Charges
Before payment, checkout will display the transaction currency and total price and will separately identify mandatory taxes, shipping, brokerage, duties, and other charges that can reasonably be calculated. U.S. orders will ordinarily be shown in USD, Canadian orders in CAD, and Mexican orders in MXN, unless checkout clearly and lawfully states otherwise.
Checkout and the order confirmation will state whether Glorify or the customer is the importer of record and whether duties, brokerage, taxes, or import charges are prepaid or payable on delivery. Glorify will not impose an undisclosed mandatory charge. A customer's failure to complete a disclosed and lawful import requirement may affect delivery and refunds only as permitted by applicable law.
After shipment, shipping, duties, customs fees, and import charges are refundable whenever required by applicable law or the country-specific return disclosure. No such amount will be retained from a pre-shipment cancellation refund.
14. Returns After Final Ring Delivery
Once the final Glorify Ring has shipped, the paid pre-order can no longer be canceled under the pre-shipment cancellation right in this Agreement.
After delivery, you may request a return within the return window disclosed for your destination, subject to the applicable Returns, Refunds & Exchanges disclosure and mandatory warranty, conformity, revocation, or cancellation rights. A consumer in Mexico may revoke the transaction within five (5) business days after the later of accepting the agreement or delivery; Glorify will refund the price, and freight or insurance will be allocated only as Mexican law permits.
The return window for the final Glorify Ring begins when the final ring is DELIVERED, not when you place a pre-order and not when a Free Sizing Kit is delivered.
15. Privacy and Fraud-Prevention Data
Glorify processes personal data related to pre-orders, payment status, shipping, size confirmation, support, refunds, returns, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling as described in the Privacy Policy and other applicable privacy notices.
For fraud prevention, payment security, Free Sizing Kit fair use, chargeback prevention, sanctions screening, and account security, Glorify may process order, account, address, device, network, payment-risk, support, and prior-order signals, subject to applicable privacy and consumer protection laws.
For Free Sizing Kit sharing, referral, and promotional credit programs, Glorify may process referral codes, authorized referral links, shared kit usage, qualifying actions, credit balances, membership-credit usage, cancellation, refund, chargeback, and abuse-review signals, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Deleting your Glorify account does not automatically cancel your pre-order, trigger a refund, or erase records Glorify must retain for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, payment, warranty, return, or dispute purposes.
16. Dispute Resolution; Linked Terms of Service
PLEASE REVIEW THE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. The dispute resolution terms for this Agreement are stated in the Glorify Terms of Service at https://www.glorify.global/legal/terms-of-service or a successor Terms of Service URL presented to you at checkout.
The Terms of Service are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. They may include binding individual arbitration, a class action waiver, a jury trial waiver, informal dispute-resolution steps, opt-out rights, exceptions for small claims court or certain equitable claims, governing law, and forum provisions, subject to applicable law.
This Agreement does not restate the operative arbitration, class-action waiver, opt-out, exception, forum, or procedural terms. Section 22 of the Terms of Service applies only to eligible U.S. users and does not apply to Canadian or Mexican consumers. Any unenforceable dispute provision is replaced only to the extent necessary by the applicable mandatory rule; all remaining provisions continue in effect.
17. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Agreement limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, delivery, legal guarantee, warranty, product-liability, unfair-contract, data-protection, dispute-resolution, or other consumer right that applies under the laws of your country, state, province, or region.
If mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights than this Agreement, those mandatory rights apply.
17.1 United States
For U.S. customers, federal and state rules governing shipment representations, delays, refunds, warranties, unfair practices, and payment remain applicable. The dispute provisions in the Terms of Service apply only as stated for U.S. users.
17.2 Canada (Excluding Québec)
Glorify currently accepts Canadian paid pre-orders only for delivery addresses outside the Province of Québec. Before payment, the Canadian checkout will provide supplier identity and contact information, product description, currency, total price and additional charges, payment terms, the estimated supply or shipment date, delivery terms, cancellation and refund information, an opportunity to correct errors, and a retainable order confirmation. Federal and provincial rights concerning late delivery, cancellation, refunds, warranties, unfair terms, and court or class remedies remain available and vary by province or territory.
17.3 Mexico
For Mexico, Glorify will provide the material pre-order terms, supplier identity, physical address, complaint channels, total price in MXN, additional charges, payment terms, estimated delivery timing, warranty information, and cancellation procedures in Spanish before payment and in a retainable confirmation. The Spanish version controls to the extent required by Mexican law.
A Mexican consumer may revoke the transaction within five (5) business days after the later of accepting the agreement or delivery and may pursue non-waivable rights and complaints before PROFECO or the competent Mexican courts. No California forum, U.S. arbitration, class waiver, disclaimer, limitation, Free Sizing Kit condition, or promotional-credit rule overrides those rights.
18. Updates to This Agreement
The version of this Agreement accepted at checkout applies to your pre-order unless you later agree to an updated version or applicable law permits an update.
If Glorify makes a material change that affects your pre-order rights or obligations before final ring shipment, Glorify will provide notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
